my approach

I know what it’s like to want so badly to feel good in your body — to feel confident, strong, and proud of the habits you’re building — but not know how to get there.

For a long time, my relationship with fitness and food wasn’t always balanced. I chased results, control, and perfection, thinking that being “disciplined enough” would finally make me feel confident or worthy. Instead, it left me feeling hateful towards my body and frustrated with myself.

Learning how to rebuild that relationship — through training, nutrition, and a new perspective on health — completely changed my life.

I teach you that it’s possible to achieve all your goals without punishing your body. I love to emphasize that real progress doesn’t come from extremes — it comes from consistency, structure, and self-respect.

Here, we learn to take care of our bodies because we LOVE it, not out of hate.
